Who publishes this site
The site is published by BoscanisOne s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic at Střížkovská 630/114, Střížkov, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company registration number 10932844, VAT number CZ10932844. The responsible editor, and the author of everything currently on the site, is Anthony Smith. The full company details are on the legal notice page.
How it is funded
By advertising, in one form: partner links. When a reader follows a link marked partner link and registers with the advertiser, BoscanisOne s.r.o. is paid a commission. The reader pays nothing extra and is offered exactly the same terms as anyone arriving at the advertiser directly.
We do not sell anything ourselves, we do not take payment for a favourable opinion, and we do not run display ad networks. The complete set of rules we hold ourselves to is written down in the editorial policy.
What we do not do
- We do not collect data. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking of any kind — which is why you have not been asked to accept anything. The cookie policy explains how to check that claim yourself in about thirty seconds.
- We do not publish invented reader stories, testimonials or star ratings.
- We do not run countdown timers, fake stock counters or any other manufactured urgency.
- We do not claim results that a game cannot deliver.
Why naval games
Because they are badly served. Games of this kind have deep systems and shallow documentation: the official material tells you what exists, the community wikis assume you already know the vocabulary, and the gap in between is where new players give up. This site tries to sit in that gap and write the explanation nobody else wrote.
